ASUS Philippines has launched the ProArt P16 and P14 creator laptops, which can run artificial intelligence (AI) models and creative tools without a constant internet connection. The new models bring more computing power and memory to portable devices, allowing users to process demanding projects without sending every task to cloud services.
For creators and AI developers, running tools directly on a laptop can reduce delays from uploading files and dependence on paid online processing. It also gives users more control over where their project files are processed, although cloud services remain an option for larger workloads.
According to ASUS, the laptops use NVIDIA’s RTX Spark platform, which combines a Blackwell RTX graphics processor and a Grace central processor. They support up to 128GB of shared memory, giving the processors access to a larger pool of working space for AI models and creative applications.
That memory capacity matters because AI models and detailed creative projects can exceed what a conventional laptop can handle. ASUS says the new ProArt models can run large language models, complex 3D scenes, and AI content generation locally. Actual capacity will depend on the laptop configuration and the demands of each application.
ASUS pairs the hardware with applications for creating and organizing content. MuseTree integrates FLUX and WAN models for local AI generation, while StoryCube uses AI to recognize scenes and organize media files. These tools support work that would otherwise involve sorting material manually or using separate online services.
For users building more customized processes, the platform supports ComfyUI, which allows people to connect AI tasks through a visual interface. Hermes Agent integration with MuseTree supports tasks across both tools, while ASUS’ Zenni Claw assistant handles daily activities, content management, and device controls.
The laptops also support cloud creative services, including Adobe Creative Cloud and a Google AI bundle. Users can combine local processing with online tools according to their project needs.
Portability separates the two models. The 16-inch P16 measures 12.9 millimeters thick and weighs 1.77 kilograms, while the P14 measures 13.9 millimeters and weighs 1.48 kilograms.
Both feature ASUS Lumina Pro OLED displays with refresh rates of 120Hz and peak brightness of up to 1,600 nits. The P16 offers up to 4K resolution with NVIDIA G-SYNC, while the P14 offers up to 3K resolution.
