Samsung’s Galaxy Tab A11 is a budget-friendly tablet for everyday tasks such as learning, video calls, and home entertainment. The device is a practical option for families and first-time users during the holiday season.
The Galaxy Tab A11 is priced at ₱7,990 for the WiFi version and ₱10,990 for the LTE version. Samsung said the tablet is intended for users who need a simple and affordable device for home use, particularly students, parents, and children.
For school-related tasks, the tablet includes learning tools such as Samsung Notes with a Solve Math feature. This allows users, especially children, to see step-by-step solutions to math problems, helping them understand lessons rather than just copying answers. The device is suitable for homework, online tutorials, and basic study needs.
Samsung is also emphasizing the Samsung Kids feature, which creates a controlled space for younger users. Parents can set screen-time limits, choose which apps are accessible, and manage contacts. This setup allows children to use the tablet independently while giving parents oversight and control.
For communication and content sharing, the Galaxy Tab A11 comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and a 5-megapixel front camera. These support video calls, online classes, and casual photo and video capture, which are common uses during family gatherings and remote communication.
The tablet offers up to 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 2TB through a microSD card. This provides space for apps, learning materials, photos, videos, and downloaded content without frequent storage management.
The Galaxy Tab A11 features an 8.7-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, designed to provide smoother scrolling and video playback. Samsung said the screen remains usable even in bright environments. Audio output is supported by dual speakers with Dolby processing, along with compatibility for wireless earbuds and wired headphones through a 3.5mm audio jack.
The device runs on an octa-core processor and is backed by a 5,100mAh battery, which Samsung said can handle routine daily tasks such as browsing, video streaming, and video calls.
Samsung said the Galaxy Tab A11 is available in gray through its retail channels nationwide, with ongoing holiday offers available until Dec. 31, 2025.
