HATASU, an e-bike manufacturer, is launching its latest initiative, the HATASU Careavan, aimed at boosting its mission of providing a comprehensive customer journey from presales to after sales support.
The HATASU Careavan, a newly introduced public service campaign, represents a significant step in fulfilling this mission. This offline event will traverse various cities and provinces, offering educational sessions and practical demonstrations to existing and potential e-bike users.
The initiative underscores HATASU’s goal to addressing the riding needs and concerns of its customers, across all stages of their ownership experience. This comprehensive approach includes educating the market about e-bikes, facilitating accessibility through partnerships with key dealers and financial institutions, and delivering ongoing aftersales support.
