The Manila Ecommerce Center (MEC) is set to reshape the business landscape in the heart of Manila with a 16-storey, multi-functional building designed to cater to local and international companies.
Located strategically near the University Belt, Malacañang complex, and Manila City Hall, MEC is poised to become a key business destination in the area.
“We want to contribute to the strengthening of e-commerce in Manila by creating a unique blend of space and functionality for the online business sector,” Simon Tan, COO of Manila Ecommerce Center, said in a media release. “This project is part of our broader vision for a thriving, innovative future in the e-commerce industry.”
Each of the 16 floors will cover 2,154 square meters, providing ample space for businesses of all sizes. The building will feature premium office spaces, private terraces, and a sleek glass lobby, all designed with modern businesses in mind. MEC is not only targeting local entrepreneurs but also international corporations, venture capital firms, consulates, and embassies, positioning itself as a central hub for various industries.
Beyond office spaces, MEC will have a range of amenities to offer convenience and work-life balance for its tenants. There will be an events space, a commercial area with restaurants, a gym, and a lounge for visitors. These features are designed to create a complete experience for both work and leisure. MEC will also provide dedicated parking spaces, ensuring that both clients and tenants have easy access to the building.
The Manila Ecommerce Center is scheduled to open its doors by June 2025. For inquiries, interested parties can contact Scott So, general manager of MEC, at +639176783965 or via email at manilaecommercecenter@gmail.com.
