PLDT Enterprise, the B2B arm of PLDT Group, posted ₱12.4 billion in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, up 4% year on year, driven by steady demand for digital infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise connectivity across the Philippines.
Corporate Data and ICT remained the main growth engine, growing 5% year on year to ₱9.3 billion and accounting for 75% of total Enterprise revenues. The segment indicates a significant shift among companies toward integrated digital platforms that combine connectivity, cloud, analytics, and managed services to improve efficiency and decision-making.
ICT services grew 17% year on year, supported by strong gains in managed IT services, cloud services, and data and AI offerings. Managed IT services surged 79%, while data and AI grew 31%, as more enterprises outsourced infrastructure management and adopted data-driven operations.
Data center revenues increased 10% year on year, supported by continued demand for secure and carrier-neutral facilities. PLDT highlighted growing utilization of its AI-ready hyperscale facility, Vitro Santa Rosa, which remains the country’s first of its kind and continues to anchor enterprise demand for large-scale computing capacity.
The Fixed business stayed stable, backed by ongoing network upgrades. Fiber lines expanded 6% year on year, while SD-WAN lines grew 17%, as companies shifted to higher-capacity fiber and software-defined networks to support multi-site operations and cloud workloads.
Wireless services grew 13%, driven by A2P messaging, Bizload solutions, and Internet of Things (IoT) services. These tools are increasingly used by businesses to automate communications, manage workforce load distribution, and improve operational efficiency.
PLDT Enterprise said the results reflect a structural shift toward ICT-led growth, supported by a strong fixed and wireless connectivity backbone. The integrated model is enabling enterprises to scale digital operations while improving reliability across distributed environments.
The PLDT Group also continued expanding its infrastructure footprint. As of end-March 2026, its fiber network reached 1.29 million cable kilometers across domestic and international routes, supporting nationwide coverage and enterprise-grade connectivity.
PLDT Enterprise expects continued momentum from ICT expansion, ongoing network modernization, and improved service offerings as demand grows for secure, scalable, and intelligent digital infrastructure in the Philippines.
