Samsung has released the Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition, a tablet designed to help children learn and play while allowing parents to manage screen use and safety settings.
The device includes Samsung Kids, a built-in feature that creates a child-friendly digital space. Parents can open the environment through the Quick Panel using the tablet’s existing PIN or biometric security. The feature allows parents to choose which apps children can access, set daily screen time limits, and manage contacts.
Samsung Kids also offers educational games, drawing tools, and storytelling activities using characters such as Crocro, Cooki, Lisa, Bobby, Leo, and Finn. The content is designed to help children develop creativity and basic learning skills while staying within a controlled digital environment.
The Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition comes with an 11-inch display and a 90Hz refresh rate, which helps make animations and scrolling appear smoother. The tablet is designed for both children and family use, allowing parents to use the device for browsing, planning, and communication.
The tablet includes a 7,040mAh battery designed to support long hours of use. It also supports 25W fast charging, allowing the device to recharge quicker than standard charging systems.
Samsung bundles the tablet with accessories to improve safety and usability for children. These include a protective Kids Cover to help reduce damage from drops, a Touch Pen for drawing and writing, and a Tethering String designed to help children hold the device more securely.
