Wi-Fi 7, touted as the next evolution in wireless networking, offers speeds 20% faster than previous generations, along with significantly reduced latency rates for ultra-responsive connections. With advanced features like Multi-Link Operation, 4096QAM, and Multiple Resource Units, Wi-Fi 7 routers ensure smoother streaming, faster downloads, and lag-free online gaming.

Archer BE230, the inaugural Wi-Fi 7 router in the Philippines, promises substantial enhancements in performance and user experience. Equipped with Multi-Link Operation (MLO) technology, the router manages multiple links concurrently, bolstering network stability and speed. With transmission speed surging by 49% compared to its predecessor, users can expect swifter response times and reduced waiting periods for various online activities.

The Archer BE230 router introduces Maximum Resource Utilization (MRU) technology, optimizing resource allocation and augmenting network efficiency. Notably, the router supports major VPN providers, ensuring compatibility and secure cross-border data transmission for remote workers and individuals prioritizing privacy.
TP-Link’s partnership with PLDT Home further strengthens the introduction of Wi-Fi 7 technology. Together, they aim to extend exceptional connectivity solutions to Filipino families, with existing PLDT Home Fiber subscribers gaining early access to the Wi-Fi 7 router at a special retail price.
In addition to Wi-Fi 7 routers, TP-Link unveiled a new lineup of Tapo smart home products designed to complement the cutting-edge technology. These offerings, including wire-free security cameras, smart video doorbells, and motion sensors, are set to be released in May 2024.
