Xiaomi Philippines has launched the Redmi Note 15 Pro Series with an added protection package worth ₱19,008 for buyers in the Philippines.
The offer applies to the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G and the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G purchased from Jan. 16 to Feb. 28, 2026. The protection package combines battery, accidental damage, and standard warranty coverage into one program.
The package includes a four-year battery warranty that allows one free battery service within 48 months. It also comes with a two-year, one-time coverage for liquid damage and external damage. This covers repair or replacement of the motherboard or screen due to spills, as well as repair or replacement of the front and back covers in case of physical damage. Also, the phones come with a two-year standard warranty for manufacturing-related issues.
Xiaomi said the coverage details are based on findings from Frost & Sullivan’s “Southeast Asia 2024-2025 Smartphone After-Sales Benefits Report,” which reviewed after-sales benefits offered by smartphone brands in the region.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro Series is available through Xiaomi’s official online stores on Lazada and Shopee, as well as authorized physical retail stores. The REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G is priced at ₱19,999, while the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G sells for ₱27,999.
Customers who buy from authorized channels during the promo period will automatically receive the protection package, which covers battery service, liquid damage, exterior damage, and standard warranty support.
