Acer launched its first Copilot+ PC with the Swift 14 AI laptop, in collaboration with Microsoft and Qualcomm Technologies Inc., ushering in a new (artificial intelligence) AI era with brand new user experiences and AI capabilities on Windows 11.
The Swift 14 AI has multiple device models, powered by Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus platforms, and both feature one of the world’s fastest NPUs for laptops to enable on-device AI processing. Users can streamline everyday tasks with smarter PC functions and tackle complex workloads more effectively.
The Snapdragon X Series processors, specifically designed for AI, promise exceptional power, intelligence, and efficiency for Windows. The Swift 14 AI, equipped with Snapdragon X Elite, boasts 12 high-performance CPU cores on a 4nm process node, a Qualcomm Adreno GPU delivering 3.8 TFLOPS, and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU capable of 45 TOPS. With up to 32 GB LPDDR5X-8533 memory and up to 1 TB NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD, the laptop ensures robust system performance for multitasking, productivity, creativity, and immersive entertainment.
The Swift 14 AI leverages advanced AI capabilities to enhance productivity, creativity, and communication. Features like Recall enable users to locate any previously viewed content on their PC by describing it, while an explorable timeline facilitates easy navigation through past activities. Live Captions with live translations provide real-time speech captions and translations from 44 languages into English, making communication seamless across different languages.
The laptop also includes Cocreator, which uses visual or written prompts to generate AI-created images and texts. Auto Super Resolution upscales game graphics and frame rates in real-time, delivering high-quality visuals without compromising performance. Windows Studio Effects improve video call quality by enhancing lighting and noise cancellation and adding artistic filters for creative expression.

Designed for modern usability, the Swift 14 AI features a 14.5-inch WQXGA IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB color gamut, available with edge-to-edge touchscreen options. TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe Certification 2.0 minimizes harmful blue light effects without sacrificing color accuracy. The 180-degree hinge design allows flexible usage modes and easy one-hand opening of the aluminum cover.
Additional features include a 1440p QHD IR webcam with a triple microphone array, privacy shutter, and Acer’s AI-boosted conferencing tools, PurifiedView 2.0 and PurifiedVoice 2.0. The laptop supports biometric and facial recognition login via Windows Hello and emphasizes sustainability with PCR plastic usage, 100% recyclable packaging, and EPEAT Gold certification. Connectivity is enhanced with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, and generous port selections include two USB Type-C and two USB 3.2 Type-A ports.
