Emphasizing her belief in equality and inclusivity, she asserts that an organization’s strength lies in its people, irrespective of gender. With Acer holding substantial market shares in consumer and gaming notebooks in the Philippines, Ong-Lim perceives the company’s decades-long dedication to brand building and customer-centricity as pivotal in maintaining a competitive edge.
