As of January 2024, Alipay+ partner wallets and bank apps encompass Alipay (Chinese Mainland), AlipayHK (Hong Kong SAR, China), GCash (Philippines), TrueMoney (Thailand), Touch ‘n Go eWallet (Malaysia), OCBC Digital (Singapore), and more.

Exclusive campaigns to drive merchant growth

As Feb. 9 has been declared a holiday in anticipation of the CNY celebration on the 10th, a long weekend awaits Filipinos. Such extended weekends typically present an opportunity for Filipinos to satisfy their wanderlust and embrace vacation vibes.

According to the digital travel platform Agoda, booking data from Jan. 1st to 15th for check-ins on Feb. 9th or 10th reveal Japan as the top destination for Filipinos during the Chinese New Year. Alongside Japan, Filipinos are also flocking to other nearby flight destinations, with Hong Kong ranking second, Thailand in third place, South Korea in fourth, and Singapore rounding off the top five picks.
