ASUS extends warranty, support for school-ready devices

ASUS Warranty

ASUS Philippines is expanding warranty coverage and after-sales support for select laptops, desktops, and gaming devices as students prepare for the new school year, adding benefits that could reduce repair costs and downtime for users.

Available starting June 8, 2026, the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program offers up to three years of warranty coverage, free preventive maintenance, accidental damage protection, and expanded on-site support for eligible products purchased through authorized retailers in the Philippines.

Under the updated program, ASUS flagship models such as ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops now come with a three-year international and local warranty. ASUS and ROG desktops, as well as ASUS All-in-One PCs, continue to receive a three-year local warranty.

Other devices, including Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally gaming handhelds, retain their two-year international and local warranty coverage.

Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handheld devices also continue to include one year of Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP), covering accidental damage not included in the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

The company has also increased preventive maintenance services, allowing customers to receive up to six free device-cleaning sessions during the warranty period. Users can redeem up to two service claims each year at participating ASUS service centers.

ASUS also doubled its replacement window from seven days to 14 days, giving customers more time to report eligible product issues after purchase.

For flagship laptop models, ASUS expanded its local on-site service offering, allowing technicians to provide support without requiring users to bring their devices to a service center. The benefit is also available to ASUS and ROG desktop and All-in-One PC owners.

The expanded support program comes as laptops have become essential tools for research, online collaboration, content creation, and hybrid learning. Warranty coverage and service accessibility are increasingly influencing buying decisions among students, parents, and young professionals.

ASUS said customers can access support through more than 100 authorized service centers nationwide and its international service network covering over 90 countries, providing warranty assistance, parts, labor, and technical support while traveling or working abroad.
