CIMB Bank taps analytics firm MoEngage to drive digital-first customer engagement

To drive digital customer engagement strategy, CIMB Bank Philippines (CIMB) teams up with MoEngage, a San Francisco-based customer analytics and engagement platform.

CIMB will leverage MoEngage’s platform to enable seamless, multi-channel engagement for the bank’s individual and enterprise banking customers across the country. The bank’s mobile-first platform banking concept has already resulted in its desired customer engagement results with month-on-month open rates for emails at 105 indexes to the industry average.
