Great Place To Work Philippines will recognize 50 companies at the Best Workplaces in the Philippines 2025 awards on March 27. The annual event highlights organizations that focus on positive workplace culture and employee experience.
The 2025 list spans various industries, reflecting insights from over 750,000 employees nationwide. Companies undergo evaluation through the Trust Index Survey, which measures workplace culture based on employee trust, pride, and camaraderie.

The Best Workplaces recognition highlights companies that create strong employee connections and trust in leadership. Last year’s winners included Kollab, DHL, and Synchrony.
The program aligns with a global movement recognizing workplace culture, as Great Place To Work surveys more than 20 million employees across 170 countries.
