At the recent “Transforming Real Estate” event hosted by delaware Philippines, industry experts emphasized the importance of communication and technology in solving internal challenges in real estate.

Keynote speaker Carl Dy, a property expert and author, noted that many of the sector’s problems arise from within organizations, rather than from external competition. Dy identified inefficient processes and communication gaps as major issues affecting both employees and customers.

“These internal issues not only affect the workforce but also lead to subpar customer experiences, eroding trust and loyalty,” said Dy.

He recommended that companies shift from sales-focused approaches to strategies that prioritize long-term relationships through improved transparency and technology-driven solutions. Dy highlighted that using tools like SAP S/4HANA could significantly improve customer experiences.

“Technology’s effectiveness is amplified when paired with process improvements and a cultural shift within organizations,” said Aldin Anos, solutions architect at delaware Philippines.

Anos shared how SAP S/4HANA’s suite of tools, tailored for real estate businesses, can streamline operations and reduce errors in project management, financial accounting, and customer relationship management.
