delaware Philippines, a global IT and business consulting firm, is leading the implementation of SAP Cloud ERP Private for food company NutriAsia, showing the next phase of the company’s enterprise systems modernization after completing its cloud migration under the RISE with SAP program.
The project makes delaware Philippines, a global SAP Platinum Partner, instrumental for the rollout, with responsibility for aligning and simplifying NutriAsia’s core business processes to support long-term operations across manufacturing, distribution, and investments.
“This is more than a systems shift, it is an investment in people, collaboration, and lasting value,” said Rosette Carrao, partner and managing director of delaware Philippines.
The SAP Cloud ERP Private deployment will cover 15 critical business areas and introduce features such as automated compliance reporting, better warehouse utilization, and improved batch management. These changes are intended to help the company manage complex operations more efficiently without overhauling its existing SAP ERP foundation.
“This project is more than just adopting SAP best practices, it’s also about institutionalizing innovation to create smarter, more agile ways of working. With this overhaul, we’ll gain real-time insights that can help minimize disruptions in our operations,” said Vergel Villacorta, head of Information Technology and Digital Transformation Group of NutriAsia.
Villacorta added that close coordination among teams and partners will be key to the project’s success, particularly in aligning technical work with day-to-day operations.
“SAP Cloud ERP Private is designed to help companies like NutriAsia accelerate their transformation into intelligent enterprises, while safeguarding their existing investment in SAP ERP,” said Jill Santos, managing director, SAP, Philippines. “It offers advanced capabilities, application development, and process automation, while maintaining a clean ERP core system to help build a resilient, future-ready foundation that enables agility, efficiency, and sustainable growth.”
