Epson develops printers designed for small business needs

In response to the growing digitalization needs of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), printing company Epson offers high-performance printing solutions designed to accommodate a wide range of materials.

“Epson complements the technologies that MSMEs require for digitalization, such as cashless payments, while integrating sustainability at every touchpoint,” said Masako Kusama, president and director of Epson Philippines.

Some Epson printers are compact yet capable of high-volume output, promising efficiency and reliability.

The Epson TM-m30II-SL printer is useful for retail and F&B MSMEs, offering easy receipt printing. It features a built-in tablet mount and peripheral support, as well as USB network tethering for consistent network connectivity, even in areas with weak wireless signals.

Other compact printers in the lineup include the Epson TM-P20II and TM-P80II, both designed for fast printing speeds and dependable performance.

High-volume printing

For more demanding work environments, the Epson TM-L100 is ideal. It’s perfect for online shops, as its Server Direct Print feature allows the printer to retrieve orders from a web server and print receipts without POS software integration.

The Epson ColorWorks CW-C6550 provides high-volume label printing capabilities with built-in features like an auto-cutter, making bulk packaging production easier for MSMEs. The Epson CW-C4050, on the other hand, is suitable for moderate label volumes, offering pigment inks for durability and dye-based inks for vibrant colors.

The WorkForce Pro WF-C879R Multifunction Business Inkjet Color Printer prioritizes speed, with a first-page-out time of just 5.5 seconds, making it ideal for hassle-free, low-maintenance, high-volume office document printing. The WF-C879R also includes a scanner that captures every color in detail.

The Epson AM-C4000/C5000/C6000 models are heavy-duty inkjet printers designed for MSMEs that need high-volume, high-speed black-and-white A3 document printing. The AM-C400 and AM-C550 models are suitable for smaller businesses requiring moderate volumes of A4 document printing.
