Helios, a solar solutions provider, has partnered with GCash to launch a green financing initiative to make renewable energy more accessible to Filipino households.

Through GCash’s lending arm, Fuse Lending Inc., the partnership integrates Helios’ Tier 1 solar panel systems with GGives, GCash’s installment payment feature. The initiative is designed to help families install solar energy systems without paying upfront or relying on credit cards.

“This partnership marks a significant milestone toward our mission to make solar power accessible and affordable to every home in the Philippines,” said Alex Aronson, co-founder of Helios. “We look forward to delivering the highest quality and most reliable solar solutions to more Filipino homes through partnership with GCash.”

The high cost of solar panel systems and limited public awareness have made the adoption of rooftop solar slow. The GGives feature aims to address these barriers with the Triple Zero Solar Starter Package, a limited-time offer with zero down payment, zero interest, and zero processing fees.

“By making renewable energy more affordable through GGives, we are empowering more Filipinos to switch to clean energy without the financial burden,” said Tony Isidro, president of Fuse. “By offering a pioneering green financing solution, GCash underscores its dedication to innovative, disruptive moves in the sustainability space.”

Helios provides customized solar designs using long-lasting hardware with 25-year production guarantees and after-sales support. With the new financing option, households can expect long-term savings, lower electricity bills, and higher property value while contributing to a more sustainable future.
