Globe Business called on Philippine enterprises to embrace “courageous transformation” and lead in disrupting industries, as it hosted this year’s G Summit with the theme “Disrupt.”

G Summit brought together top business leaders, digital pioneers, and technology partners to discuss how companies can move from passive adaptation to active innovation. The event highlighted disruption as a constant, not a one-time event, in today’s digital world.
One of the new features this year was the Spectrum Code, an in-app activity that asked guests to pick the value they most identified with in driving digital change. The collective responses were visualized in a live “spectrum cloud” display. This also helped participants discover their Core Spectrum Persona, a personalized insight into their leadership style and digital potential.
Guests also experienced Experience Labs, an interactive demo space where Globe Business showcased its technologies in action. These included secure cloud operations, cyber defense, and AI-powered tools, solutions supported by Globe’s connectivity network. The labs aimed to show how businesses can use technology to improve operations and make faster, smarter decisions.
