Telecommunications company Globe said its GFiber Prepaid service now reaches about 700,000 users, showing a double-digit growth from the previous quarter as more households choose flexible fiber connections.
Globe said the reloadable fiber service continues to gain traction among families who want stable home internet without a monthly bill or lock-in period. The company said the model helps households manage their budget while still accessing reliable broadband.
“Fast and reliable connectivity is no longer optional, it is essential to how Filipinos live, learn, and earn,” said Abigail Cardino, head of brand management, Broadband Business at Globe. “At Globe, we are deeply committed to delivering best-in-class products and services that uplift lives. GFiber Prepaid is our way of making fiber-speed connectivity accessible to more Filipinos, because progress should never be limited by affordability.”
Globe said the service is helping more families get connected, especially those that previously had limited access to home broadband.
Globe said the continued rollout of GFiber Prepaid is part of its goal to support digital inclusion by making internet access more flexible and accessible for a wider range of Filipino families.
