R1 said the choice of the Philippines as R1’s latest growth center complements the company’s core vision to bring together the best people and technology to deliver innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare experience.

R1 started the training of newly hired employees last month following its official launch. Some of the employees participate in sessions on professional ethics, US cultural awareness, and hands-on training on proprietary technology tools used by R1.
