Smart devices provider HONOR Philippines opened preorders for the HONOR 600 Series from May 14 to 29, offering buyers a chance to win a Mercedes-Benz EQA 250 electric vehicle as competition heats up in the premium midrange smartphone market.
The HONOR 600 5G starts at ₱25,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the HONOR 600 Pro with 12GB + 512GB storage is priced at ₱49,999.
The new series includes AI Image to Video 2.0, which allows users to turn photos into short AI-generated video clips using text prompts. Users can combine up to three images and generate cinematic-style clips directly from the Gallery app.
The phones also include AI editing features that let users modify photos using text commands, as well as tools such as Moving Photo Eraser and Moving Photo Breakout Collage for animated effects.
HONOR said previous models in the series have already generated more than 13.4 million seconds of AI-created video content, showing growing consumer interest in AI-assisted mobile creativity.
For photography, the HONOR 600 Series is built with a 200MP Ultra-clear Night Camera with a larger 1/1.4-inch sensor designed to improve low-light shots. The Pro version adds a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with up to 120x zoom.
The series also focuses on battery endurance, featuring a 7,000mAh battery, which HONOR said is the largest ever in its Number Series lineup. The phones support 80W wired fast charging, while the Pro model includes 50W wireless charging.
HONOR also highlighted durability features including IP68, IP69, and IP69K water and dust resistance ratings, as well as SGS 5-star drop and crush protection certification.
The HONOR 600 runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, while the Pro version uses Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset aimed at gaming, multitasking, and AI-heavy applications.
Customers who preorder the HONOR 600 Series will also receive a free HONOR Gift Box worth ₱1,499 and HONOR Choice Earbuds Clip worth ₱4,999 when they claim their orders starting May 30.
