Since its market re-entry in August 2022, Honor Philippines has expanded its presence through strategic product launches, partnerships, and a focus on understanding local consumers. The company presented its progress at the recent SEA and Middle East Summit, noting consistent sales growth and an expanded retail network.
The event held at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City gathered leaders from 35 countries to exchange strategies, celebrate milestones, and learn from one another’s experiences.
“From Day One, our mission has been clear: to bring the best technology and experiences to the Filipino people,” said Stephen Cheng, vice president of Honor Philippines. “Being recognized on a global stage and sharing our story with over 35 countries is a proud moment for us. It validates our hard work and fuels our drive to keep pushing boundaries — not just to lead locally, but to inspire globally.”
In three years, Honor Philippines has:
- Launched more than 40 devices for different price ranges
- Achieved the No. 1 Hero Product ranking for three years in a row
- Recorded over 100% year-on-year sales growth, with strong sales from models such as the Honor X9b, Honor X9c, and Honor 400
- Seen multiple sold-out launches, including the Honor 400 selling out in three days
- Expanded to more than 2,500 retail stores and onboarded over 2,000 regional sales advisors
Honor Philippines also participated in a Q&A session with other delegates, discussing strategies for competing in the smartphone market and learning from the experiences of other countries in the region.
