Smart devices provider Honor Philippines has launched the Honor X5c Plus exclusively on Shopee Philippines, offering the entry-level smartphone at ₱4,999 during the e-commerce platform’s 3.3 sale, down from the suggested retail price of ₱6,999.
Honor X5c Plus features a 6.74-inch display with up to 450 nits of brightness. It also includes Dynamic Dimming to help reduce eye strain during extended use. The phone measures 7.89mm thick and weighs 186 grams. Honor said the handset is designed to withstand drops while maintaining a slim build.
Powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 processor, the Honor X5c Plus is equipped with a 5,260mAh battery designed for all-day use. The company said the battery can retain more than 80% of its health after 1,000 charge cycles. The device offers up to 8GB of RAM through memory expansion and 128GB of internal storage. Honor said the storage can hold around 60,000 photos, 24,000 songs, or 200 movies.
For photography, the phone comes with a 50MP main camera, a 13MP secondary camera, and a 5MP front camera. It supports AI features such as object recognition and photo sharpness enhancement to improve image clarity and reduce background distractions.
The smartphone runs on MagicOS 9.0 and supports side fingerprint and face unlock. It also includes Magic Capsule, which allows users to tap notifications for quick access to key information without switching between apps.
The Honor X5c Plus is available in Ocean Cyan and Meteor Silver. Buyers can access free shipping, 0% installment for up to six months via SPayLater, and Shopee’s Click & Collect option at participating locations.
