Honor Philippines reported higher first-day sales for the Honor X9d 5G after the smartphone became available in stores nationwide on Jan. 24. The company said first-day sales were up 160% compared with the Honor X9c 5G, its previous model.
The launch followed a series of promotional activities earlier in January, including durability demonstrations and a public event ahead of the official retail release. Honor Philippines said the stronger sales show continued interest in its midrange smartphone lineup.

We are truly grateful, and we promise to continue bringing you tougher, smarter, and more exciting innovations.”
Honor highlighted durability as a key feature of the Honor X9d 5G. The company said the device is designed to resist drops, water, and dust, and can handle falls of up to 2.5 meters on certain surfaces. It uses Honor Ultra-Bounce Anti-Drop Technology, non-Newtonian fluid materials, and reinforced tempered glass to reduce damage from impact. According to the company, the phone is built to withstand different types of surface impact encountered in daily use.
To mark the retail launch, Honor held a fan event at SM Megamall Fashion Hall on Jan. 24. The event featured performances from local artists and appearances by content creators. Pre-order customers received limited-edition collaboration items and other giveaways during the event.
The Honor X9d 5G is available in Reddish Brown, Midnight Black, and Sunrise Gold. It is priced at ₱18,999 and comes with a free Honor gift box and Jisulife Life Fan5 are is available at Honor Experience Stores, partner retailers, and major e-commerce platforms.
Honor also announced installment options through Home Credit, allowing buyers to pay over a period of up to 18 months, with a promotional discount offered for a limited time.
