Technology company HP Philippines has laid out its strategic roadmap to help the Filipino workforce, consumers, and technology industry adapt to changing work needs through AI-powered innovations, unveiled during HP Day 2025.
At the annual showcase, HP presented its One HP ecosystem, which combines personal systems, printers, services, and solutions into a unified platform. The company emphasized tools designed for hybrid and digital-first workplaces, aiming to make work simpler and more efficient.
“With our One HP strategy, we’re bringing together our full portfolio, from AI-powered PCs to peripherals like Poly and HyperX, and solutions built for the hybrid world, into one unified ecosystem,” said Ida Evina Ong-Co, managing director of HP Philippines. “The goal is to deliver a better-together experience where devices, software, and services connect seamlessly to simplify workflows and enrich lives.”
HP, which ranked second in IDC’s latest PC shipment report with 14.1 million units and a 20.7% market share in the second quarter of the year, also shared its Future of Work approach for the local market.
“A better user experience empowers employees to be more engaged, and that engagement leads to stronger, healthier relationships with their work,” said Koh Kong Meng, managing director for Southeast Asia, HP Inc. “Over the past few years, we’ve been building our Future of Work strategy to do just that: enable people to thrive by delivering tools that support productivity, well-being, and deeper connection in the workplace.”

Among the innovations highlighted was Scan AI, a generative AI-powered document solution that scans, summarizes, and prepares documents automatically, with built-in redaction for sensitive information. It is designed to help professionals, small businesses, and educators manage heavy paperwork without relying on cloud services.
HP also introduced the AI Companion, available on its next-generation AI PCs. The tool offers secure, private assistance with two modes: On-Device Mode for offline use and Cloud Mode for advanced real-time processing. It allows users to summarize documents, adjust PC settings, and use contextual prompts while maintaining data privacy.
Attendees at HP Day 2025 experienced these AI-enabled features firsthand, along with laptops, peripherals, and software designed to improve workplace adaptability and user experience.
HP said its innovations aim to provide practical solutions that match the evolving needs of Filipino users, making technology feel intuitive, secure, and tailored to individual work styles.
