Smartphone brand Infinix has just turned its premium Hot 10 Play into a gaming smartphone by equipping it with MediaTek Helio G35 Octa-core chip and increasing the capacity to 4GB RAM+64GB ROM from 2GB+32GB.

The Infinix Hot 10 PLAY offers a 6000mAh battery with Power Marathon Technology. It is designed with a high-resolution 6.82-inch screen and a 13MP AI (artificial intelligence) dual rear camera combined with an 8MP front camera with a “beauty” feature. It will be available in Aegean Blue, Morandi Green, Obsidian Black, and 7° Purple.

The upgraded Infinix Hot 10 PLAY will be available on Lazada for P4,990 only but on Infinix Super Brand Day (May 28), the upgraded Infinix Hot 10 PLAY will be even more affordable at P4,590.

The first version of the smartphone runs on Helio G25 octacore chip. But equipping it with MediaTek Helio G35 (Learn more about this chipset here), boosted its performance transforming it into a mobile gaming device. Pair it with Infinix’s HyperEngine technology and you have an Infinix Hot 10 PLAY that provides smoother performance, faster response, more reliable Wi-Fi and LTE connections, with enhanced power efficiency.

Battery

Infinix promises 55.7 days of battery life “on standby mode” with 53.4 hours of call time, 13.8 hours of continuous gameplay, 155 hours of non-stop music playback. By turning on the Ultra Power Mode means an additional 19 hours of battery life.

Infinix Hot 10 PLAY is built with a 6.82-inch Dot Drop display with a 90.66% screen-to-body ratio.

Infinix equipped the Hot 10 PLAY with a 13MP AI Dual Rear Camera + 8MP AI Front Camera. The AI portrait feature allows users to blur the background and promise to improve the focus of every image.

On May 28, e-commerce platform Lazada will be celebrating Infinix Super Brand Day. Exclusively on the day itself, the Hot 10 PLAY, along with other best-selling smartphones from Infinix, will be available for discounted rates.
