Organizations already utilizing Rakuten Viber, including Viber Business Messages, can effortlessly integrate the “tap-to-call” feature into their existing setup, showcasing a prominent call icon on their Viber Business Info Page. Users can initiate free voice calls with just a few clicks, fostering personalized and efficient customer interactions.
