Sansan Inc., a Japanese tech firm specializing in cloud-based solutions driving digital transformation, announces its expansion into larger premises for its Sansan Global Development Center Inc. in Cebu.
As it approaches the recruitment milestone of 50 software developers, Sansan said it will be hiring up to 100 professionals. The company said that this center serves as a pivotal hub for its global product function development.
The new, larger facilities in Cebu Business Park are designed to accommodate up to 100 staff, featuring recreational breakout areas for engineers to foster creativity and teamwork beyond traditional office spaces.

The company has been expanding its overseas product portfolio, focusing on Southeast Asia, particularly in Singapore and Thailand, with solutions like Sansan and Bill One. Although not currently offering its solutions in the Philippines market, the expansion into Cebu signifies a strategic move toward leveraging the country’s skilled IT workforce.
“The Philippines remains an attractive global IT hub for international companies, with Cebu notably offering a high level of IT education and a large pool of talented engineers,” said Jay Pegarido, director and country manager at Sansan Global Development Center, Inc.
Pegarido emphasized the company’s goal of enhancing product development for global markets, fostering collaboration between local talent and Japan-based teams.
Sansan aims to attract top-tier IT talent to further enhance its overseas development environment, inviting skilled professionals to apply for roles at Sansan’s Cebu center.
