Global cybersecurity company Kaspersky today announces the appointment of Asia Pacific’s leading distributor of cloud solutions and services, rhipe as its MSP (Managed Service Provider) distributor in Southeast Asia (SEA).
Founded in 2003, rhipe provides licensing, business development, and knowledge services that support services providers, system integrators, and software vendors to accelerate the adoption of the cloud by end customers. rhipe is continuing to expand its presence in SEA, as well as bringing new and innovative cloud products to existing partners and markets.
“Outsourcing cybersecurity is fast becoming a chosen road for Southeast Asia’s SMBs and enterprises alike to effectively secure their digitalization efforts,” said Yeo Siang Tiong, GM for Southeast Asia at Kaspersky. “Through this partnership, we expect to provide more partners with a seamless cloud business ecosystem, improved profitability as well as value-added IT security offerings and exceptional service, to help them beat the competition in our current crowded MSP market.”
Kaspersky’s deep threat intelligence and security expertise are constantly transforming into innovative security solutions and services to protect businesses, critical infrastructure, governments, and consumers around the globe. Kaspersky’s IT security solutions have received multiple awards, with 400+ million users and 250k corporate clients receiving protection that is effective, usable, and accessible. By developing world-leading security, Kaspersky enables customers to stay one step ahead of potential threats.
“As one of the leading endpoint security vendors, Kaspersky continues to improve their market position with a comprehensive security portfolio of endpoint protection solutions,” said Dominic O’Hanlon, CEO of rhipe. “The addition of Kaspersky to the rhipe vendor portfolio helps us expand the security solutions we offer to our partners and their end customers. We are pleased to welcome Kaspersky to rhipe.”
