ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp. and a provider of enterprise IT management solutions, added causal intelligence and autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to its Site24x7 full-stack observability platform to help IT teams detect and fix system outages faster.
The new features aim to shorten mean time to recovery (MTTR) and help organizations meet service-level agreement (SLA) commitments by identifying the root cause of incidents more quickly.
Modern IT environments are now spread across hybrid clouds, microservices, and dynamic networks, creating massive volumes of telemetry data and predictive anomaly signals every second. When problems occur, this complexity often slows troubleshooting as IT teams sift through thousands of alerts to find the actual issue.
ManageEngine said the new Site24x7 enhancements analyze observability data across applications, infrastructure, and networks to pinpoint the source of problems and guide teams toward faster resolution.
“Hybrid and cloud-native architectures have made IT operations highly interconnected, while IT managers are under constant pressure to resolve incidents quickly amid growing complexity,” said Srinivasa Raghavan, director of product management at ManageEngine. “By combining predictive anomaly detection, intelligent event correlation, service dependency context, and AI-driven causal insights, Site24x7 cuts through alert noise to show not just what is broken, but what caused it and what it impacts, helping teams identify the true fault faster and significantly reduce MTTR while minimizing service disruption.”
One of the platform’s early users reported significant gains in filtering unnecessary alerts.
“Triaging and resolving incidents in hybrid environments with growing infrastructure complexity can quickly become a nightmare, especially when SLA commitments are on the line,” said Pravir Kumar Sinha, IT leader at Synechron, a global IT services company. “With Site24x7 AIOps, we’re able to filter out nearly 90% of alert noise, pinpoint issues faster, and accelerate resolution. This helps us achieve stronger SLA adherence, reduce MTTR, and ultimately deliver reliable digital experience for customers.”
ManageEngine said the update also introduces customizable AI agents that can automate tasks, analyze issues, and recommend actions based on predefined enterprise policies. The platform can coordinate remediation workflows through Zoho’s orchestration platform Qntrl, allowing IT teams to execute fixes using structured workflows with approvals and full audit trails.
The company said these capabilities move organizations closer to autonomous IT operations by reducing manual troubleshooting and helping teams maintain reliable digital services across increasingly complex infrastructure.
