MannyPay is preparing a new version of its digital payments app for launch next month, with plans to increase transaction capacity and improve reliability as more partners join the platform.

In a statement, management said the upgrade would support a better payment service. It did not disclose specific new features, technical changes, or an exact launch date.

“We would like to clarify that Manny Pay is not closing,” the management said in a statement posted on its Facebook page.

The company said the changes would not harm users’ accounts or affect their transactions. It named Manny Pacquiao as its former chair and said it would keep users updated and respond to their concerns.

A separate advisory on MannyPay’s official website outlines changes to existing accounts effective Nov. 10, 2026. Users are advised to use or transfer their balances before that date. Any remaining balance will be converted to a Traxion Pay account accessible through the Traxion Pay app.

The advisory also says customers who want to use future services offered directly by MannyPay may need to register separately on the new platform. MannyPay will assist with transition concerns until Nov. 10; account concerns after that date will be handled exclusively by Traxion Pay Inc.

MannyPay officially launched in late 2025, according to technology partner Traxion Tech Inc., a Philippine-based financial technology company specializing in secure and scalable digital payment systems. Its services include bill payments, merchant transactions, and corporate collections.

Apple’s App Store version history dates MannyPay’s first iOS release to Oct. 27, 2025. Later updates introduced biometric login, enabled bill payments and cash-in, and improved account verification and transaction records.

The latest announcement leaves several details open, including whether existing users can carry their account information into the new app and which payment services will be available at launch. Management has promised further updates as the rollout approaches for customers and partners.
