Manulife Investment Management Philippines has launched the Manulife Global Income Feeder Fund, a new investment offering designed to provide stable income opportunities through global fixed-income securities. The fund, a type of unit investment trust fund (UITF), is accessible for as low as $1,000 or P1,000.
“The Manulife Global Income Feeder Fund offers an all-weather wealth solution that combines the entirety of the fixed income universe, including traditional and non-traditional sources of income,” Aira Gaspar, president and CEO of Manulife Investment Management Philippines, said in a media release. “It provides high and sustainable opportunities that can help investors maximize their financial portfolio’s income generation across economic and interest rate cycles.”
The fund aims to deliver steady income by investing in US dollar-denominated fixed-income securities issued by entities around the world. It forms part of Manulife’s “Better Income” campaign, which seeks to offer tailored investment solutions for different financial goals and risk preferences.
Through this campaign, the company encourages investors to align their financial strategies with life stages and objectives.
