MediaTek, at the forefront of Wi-Fi 7 technology adoption, introduced what it calls the industry’s most extensive Wi-Fi 7 lineup, unveiling its latest Filogic 860 and Filogic 360 solutions.
These additions mark the second generation, expanding MediaTek’s range of products by harnessing cutting-edge connectivity technology for optimal performance and steadfast reliability.

The Filogic 860 merges a Wi-Fi 7 dual-band access point with an advanced network processor, catering perfectly to enterprise access points, service provider Ethernet gateways, mesh nodes, retail setups, and IoT router applications. The Filogic 360 serves as a standalone client solution, housing Wi-Fi 7 2×2 and dual Bluetooth 5.4 radios in a single chip, promising next-level connectivity for edge devices, streaming gadgets, and a broad spectrum of consumer electronics.

Enterprise and retail customers
Filogic 860 caters to enterprise and retail sectors, offering a comprehensive platform that includes a dual-band Wi-Fi 7 access point, router, and mesh node solution. It leverages a triple-core Arm Cortex-A73 CPU, enhancing hardware acceleration for advanced security features and meeting the demands of enterprises and service providers, building on the success of its first-generation design.
Key features of Filogic 360 include a standalone, single-chip Wi-Fi 7 2×2 and dual Bluetooth 5.4 solution tailored for high-performance clients like smartphones, PCs, laptops, set-top boxes, OTT streaming devices, and various other gadgets.
The sampling of the MediaTek Filogic 860 and Filogic 360 solutions has began for customers, with mass production anticipated by mid-2024.
