Multisys Technologies Corp., a software-as-a-service and systems integration company under PLDT, marked its 15th anniversary by achieving global certifications, expanding partnerships, and introducing more artificial intelligence-powered innovations.
In 2024, Multisys reported a 105% increase in revenue and more than doubled its profits. A contributor to this growth was its partnership with PLDT Enterprise, which offers industries telco-integrated digital platforms. These include an enterprise portal, payment and order systems, and dealer management tools, aimed at improving operations for business clients.
“Our 15-year milestone reflects the trust our partners place in us,” said Vic Tria, CEO and president of Multisys. “We intend to keep that commitment by making sure we use the best security measures and deliver the most advanced software innovations that truly add value.”
The company renewed its ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System after a rigorous audit by QRC Assurance and Solutions Corp. The review affirmed that Multisys meets global standards for securing data with proper organizational, technological, and physical safeguards.
Multisys also joined the Google Cloud Partner program under the “Build” category, allowing it to create software solutions on Google platforms. The move aligns with its goal to integrate AI into its operations and products. Other AI-driven offerings include geospatial intelligence tools, AI contact center solutions, and AI agents through partnerships with leading technology firms.
Also, ServiceNow enlisted Multisys in its Consulting and Implementation Partner Program, enabling the company to resell and integrate ServiceNow’s software while providing development and support services.
Multisys is also bringing its expertise abroad. In Brunei, it is collaborating with major telecom company DST to develop the country’s first “Super App,” replicating its Philippine success story internationally.
