Metro Pacific Health Tech Corp.’s health and wellness app, mWell, is now part of UnionDigital Bank’s employee wellness program, UDWell, aiming to improve overall health and well-being among Filipino workers.
The partnership gives UnionDigital Bank employees free access to the mWell app, which includes tools to track activity, sleep, and lifestyle through the AI-powered mWellness Score. The app also offers a Mind Health Score, providing self-guided exercises for mindfulness, focus, and emotional health.
One of the features of the program is the mWell Corporate Scoreboard, which provides real-time data on employee participation, health trends, and wellness outcomes. UnionDigital Bank plans to use these insights to create wellness programs based on actual workforce needs, supporting engagement, productivity, and long-term well-being.
“mWell Corporate Wellness helps organizations nurture healthier, happier, and more resilient teams,” said Florence Pacia, head of B2B at Metro Pacific Health Tech Corp.
“With the monitoring of health indicators through mWell’s Corporate Scoreboard, our programs can be data-driven and targeted based on the needs of our people,” said Michael Angelo Malicsi, chief human resource officer of UnionDigital Bank.
