MYEG Philippines Inc. (MYEG PH) and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) renewed their partnership to continue digitalizing government services and simplify transactions for PEZA-registered locators nationwide.
The agreement aims to streamline the payment of PEZA-related fees by expanding digital payment channels and reducing manual processes. The collaboration supports the government’s Ease of Doing Business agenda by helping businesses complete compliance requirements faster and with fewer steps.
“This partnership with PEZA reflects MYEG’s continued commitment to making government transactions more accessible and convenient for businesses,” said Ann Margaret Saldaña, CEO of MYEG PH. “Through this renewal, MYEG will continue expanding digital payment options for PEZA fees, empowering locators to focus on growing their businesses while enjoying seamless, flexible, and secure ways to fulfill their obligations.”
MYEG PH is an electronic solutions provider that focuses on automating government services online. The company has been delivering eGovernment services in Malaysia and the Philippines for the past 20 years through its platform that uses internet-based systems, automation, big data, and electronic payment technologies.
The partnership allows PEZA locators to access more than 100,000 payment channels across MYEG’s nationwide payment network. Businesses may also settle their PEZA fees through corporate bank accounts or check payments at partner banks. QRPh payment options are also available through participating banks and e-wallets to simplify transactions.
“Our renewed partnership with MYEG supports PEZA’s goal of providing efficient and investor-friendly services to our locators through digitalization and the creation of contactless pathways,” said Tereso Panga, director-general of PEZA. “Leveraging cashless and paperless transaction systems helps us improve service delivery, enhance transparency, and further strengthen the Philippines’ competitiveness as an investment destination.”
The Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a government agency attached to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), promotes investments, generates employment, and supports regional development through the establishment and supervision of economic zones across the country.
