Technology services provider NTT Ltd. (NTT) will have a new global chief executive officer starting April 1, 2020. Abhijit Dubey, who spent 20 years with advisory firm McKinsey & Company, will succeed Jason Goodall.

Dubey will join NTT in early February and formally step into his new role in April. He will be based at NTT Ltd.’s headquarters in London. Following a three-month handover period, Goodall will retire from his executive role on June 30, 2021, and will remain as a board director for NTT Ltd. and Dimension Data, as well as act as a strategic advisor for the NTT Venture Capital business.

At McKinsey, Dubey led McKinsey Digital, which serves chief information officers and business leaders on their companies’ digital transformations. He was also a core leader of McKinsey’s High Tech, Media and Entertainment, and Telecommunications Practices in North America. He was responsible for developing, launching, and scaling digital products and solutions that serve as accelerators for clients. Abhijit not only founded and led McKinsey’s global cloud-computing efforts for nearly a decade but also led the firm’s software work in North America.
