Oppo’s latest release, the Watch X, aims to support wellness by combining multiple health-monitoring features in a single device. Priced at P18,999, this smartwatch offers over 100 sports modes, heart rate and blood oxygen tracking, and advanced sleep monitoring.
Oppo Watch X can analyze sleep quality and not just sleep duration. The device provides insights into sleep patterns, breathing rate, and even potential snoring risks. By tracking blood oxygen levels overnight, the Watch X offers a comprehensive sleep quality score to help users gauge how well they rested.
For fitness enthusiasts, the Watch X includes specialized modes that monitor specific activities. Badminton players, for instance, can track swing movement and speed, while runners can assess ground contact time (GCT) and GCT balance to optimize form. The device’s sports recognition automatically tracks activities like walking, running, swimming, and rowing, plus a selection of 100 other workouts.

Oppo’s OHealth app syncs the Watch X to third-party fitness apps, making it easy to integrate health data for deeper insights. Equipped with the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chip, the Watch X runs efficiently, offering a battery life of up to 12 days.
The Oppo Watch X helps users pursue a range of wellness goals, enabling them to monitor their physical and mental health effortlessly.
