The Payo app aims for convenience, enabling merchants to access services and oversee operations via smartphones.

Key features include Self Onboarding, enabling merchants to register, activate accounts, and create orders independently. Sales Tracking provides income insights, while the Ordering feature facilitates order creation. The app also offers an accurate Shipping Fee Calculator.
Future plans
Hilario foresees the app’s role in handling higher order volumes, especially during the holiday rush, ensuring real-time order and sales visibility.
Additional features include Shipbill Tracking for shipment monitoring and real-time order status alerts via the Notification Bell. Merchants can download their Statement of Account through the app.
Future plans involve expanding functionality, including Inventory Management, Business Analytics, AI-driven insights, Payment Gateway Integration, and KYC Platform Integration for enhanced onboarding.
