PLDT Enterprise, the B2B arm of PLDT, renews its partnership with Signabank Rural Bank of Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac, to further accelerate the bank’s digital transformation.
The partnership, which began in 2015, enabled Signabank to improve and streamline its operations. Signabank, established in 1963, has expanded to 10 local branches serving most of the residents and local business communities in the province.

Facing challenges like intermittent internet connections and maintenance issues prior to digital transformation, Signabank partnered with PLDT Enterprise to upgrade its IT and network infrastructure. PLDT Fiber Biz Plans were implemented to ensure reliable and stable internet connections. Microsoft 365 with Advance Threat Protection (ATP) enhanced email security, and Azure Stack and Multi-Threat Secure (MTS) centralized and fortified the bank’s core banking solutions and security.
