PLDT Enterprise and TikTok have partnered to roll out TikTok Go LIVE! Studio Packages, a set of solutions to help creators and businesses run more reliable and higher-quality livestreams.

The collaboration brings together TikTok’s content and live streaming platform and PLDT Enterprise’s connectivity and managed services. The packages are designed for creators, Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs), and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that rely on livestreaming for marketing, sales, and audience engagement.

According to the companies, the offering focuses on improving stream stability, video quality, and interaction with viewers. The goal is to support the growing creator economy by ensuring livestreams can run smoothly even as audiences grow.

“Over the past few years of supporting creators through PLDT connectivity, we’ve seen firsthand how TikTok content creation has evolved,” said Vic Tria, head of enterprise domestic business and SME of PLDT Enterprise. “It is no longer experimental or optional for many businesses, and it’s also not something for the far future. It’s happening now as we speak.

Tria noted that collaboration is exactly for that: to help SMEs, MCNs, and creators work more efficiently and ensure their online marketing efforts are backed by dependable infrastructure, connectivity, and digital solutions,”

Under the TikTok Go LIVE! Studio Packages, MCNs get access to enterprise-grade network infrastructure with dedicated, stable, and secure connectivity. The setup also includes backend support and round-the-clock customer care to help keep livestream operations running without disruption.

For creator networks and individual creators, the packages offer a more consistent streaming environment that can support audience growth and sustained viewer engagement. This is intended to reduce technical issues that can affect live content performance.

SMEs can use the partnership to apply as TikTok MCN partners. This opens opportunities to support creators through brand deals, commissions, cross-promotion, training, and operational assistance, while also offering protection for intellectual property.

“We are proud of how Filipino TikTok creators have used the platform to share their craft, build meaningful connections, and contribute positively to their communities,” said Jacob John Kuttisseril, strategic partner lead for APAC at TikTok. “By working closely with PLDT Enterprise, TikTok aims to empower creators and small businesses to reach wider audiences and build meaningful connections online.”
