PLDT Home Life is offering a one-year IGV Game Pass to PLDT Home Fiber subscribers on plans 1699 and above, giving access to more than 200 PC games at no extra cost.
The offer is available through PLDT Home Life’s partnership with IGV and caters to PC gamers and families who want more entertainment options bundled with their home internet service.
“With around 65% of Filipino gamers playing on the PC platform, we saw a massive opportunity not just to cater to hardcore players, but to provide a fun, safe, and accessible way for the entire family to bond,” said John Palanca, SVP and head for Consumer Business, PLDT Home. “Through our partnership with IGV, we are transforming PLDT Home Fiber into a gateway for unlimited entertainment for every household, regardless of age or playstyle.”
Through the IGV Game Pass, subscribers can access hundreds of PC games available on Steam without buying titles one by one. The package covers different genres, including sports, action, role-playing, and multiplayer games, making it suitable for both casual and frequent players.
Titles range from popular online games such as NBA 2K25, Counter-Strike 2, and PUBG: Battlegrounds to well-known single-player games like Elden Ring, Black Myth: Wukong, and Cyberpunk 2077. IGV said the game library is updated regularly, with new titles added each month.
The service also allows users to play across multiple PCs and keep their progress through Steam Cloud. PLDT said this setup helps reduce the risks linked to pirated games, such as malware and corrupted files, which can be a concern for parents.
The IGV Game Pass is part of the telecommunications company’s smart home category that bundles digital services and device add-ons with fiber internet plans. PLDT said the offer is designed to complement its fiber connection, which supports gaming, video streaming, and video calls at home.
Existing Fiber subscribers can unlock the IGV Game Pass by upgrading to Speed Add-on 500, which comes with speeds of up to 1 Gbps and a WiFi 6 modem. New subscribers can get the pass by signing up for any Fiber plan 1699 and above. Activation requires registering on the IGV website using a voucher code.
