PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC), a real estate developer under the Lucio Tan Group, has selected delaware Philippines as its implementation partner for the SAP S/4HANA GROW Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
This collaboration is a key step in PHC’s strategy to transform its business processes and meet compliance requirements set by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
As part of its digital transformation, PHC aims to implement an automated computerized accounting system (CAS) by the end of the year. The new ERP system is expected to streamline financial, procurement, and inventory processes, reducing the risk of human error and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
“The adoption of SAP S/4HANA will not only improve our current processes but also position us for future growth by ensuring that our ERP system can adapt to evolving business needs,” said Karlu T. Say, president of PHC.
She also highlighted the importance of this partnership in modernizing both the back-end and front-end operations of their real estate business.
The project marks the first phase of a broader initiative to address PHC’s operational requirements in the real estate sector.
“By implementing this technology, we are confident that we will have a robust and flexible ERP system that simplifies our internal processes and positions us for future success,” said Maryknoll Zamora, CFO of PHC.
