PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC) has officially launched Project Cosmos, the second phase of its digital transformation journey, in partnership with delaware Philippines, a technology consulting firm.

The initiative builds on the success of Project Stellar, which focused on streamlining operations like financials and property maintenance.

Project Cosmos takes a step further by modernizing PHC’s backend and frontend systems. The goal is to create seamless, data-driven processes that enhance efficiency and decision-making. The project incorporates GROW with SAP, a software solution tailored to meet the challenges of the real estate industry.

“By adopting GROW with SAP, we are embracing a system designed to address our unique real estate challenges while ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency,” said Joselito Consunji, COO of PHC.

The project kicked off in December 2024, with the first implementation phase set to go live by January 2025 and the second by April 2025. These timelines will culminate in system stabilization and final sign-offs later in the year.

“This collaboration highlights our dedication to helping businesses like PHC navigate their digital transformation journey efficiently,” said Rosette Carrao, managing director of delaware Philippines.

The project launch also featured team-building activities to strengthen collaboration between PHC and delaware members, setting the stage for a successful partnership and a more streamlined future for PHC.
