Power Mac Center (PMC) opened its first Apple Premium Partner store in the Visayas at SM City Iloilo, expanding its retail presence outside Luzon and NCR.
The new store brings together Apple retail, service, and training in one location. Apple Premium Partner stores follow a minimalist and modern design similar to Apple Stores. In the Philippines, PMC is currently the only authorized retailer allowed to open this store format.
“Opening an Apple Premium Partner store in the Visayas marks an important step in how we serve customers,” said Joey Alvarez, director for Marketing and Product Management of Power Mac Center. “Through this new hub, we aim to build a stronger and more connected community of Apple users who put technology to good use, not only in Iloilo but across the region.”
PMC said the new store also supports local communities by creating jobs and offering career opportunities. With retail, training, and service combined in one space, the company said it provides more roles for local talent while contributing to the local economy.
The company also positions the store as a support hub for organizations and schools adopting the Apple ecosystem. Power Mac Center operates as an Apple Premium Partner, Apple Premium Reseller, Apple Authorized Education Reseller, Apple Authorized Service Provider, and Apple Professional Learning Provider. These roles allow it to offer sales support, technical service, and training to businesses, schools, and institutions across Iloilo and the Visayas.
During the opening weekend, customers at Power Mac Center SM City Iloilo received promotional offers, including discounts of up to ₱20,500 on select Apple devices, ₱2,700 off AirPods, ₱2,490 off Apple TV, and ₱1,500 off accessories. The store also offered up to 90% off on selected premium accessories, up to ₱1,000 additional trade-in value, and installment and credit card discounts of up to ₱33,000 on Macs and iPhones, subject to terms and conditions. Customers also joined free in-store group demos and received 50% off diagnostics and non-repair services exclusive to the SM City Iloilo branch.
All purchases and service transactions at the new store earn points under the 1 Infinite loyalty program. Members can use points to redeem devices, accessories, services, and training courses. The program also offers up to 50% discounts on Apple training courses and other benefits from Basecamp and Mobile Care, the company’s training and service units.

The Power Mac Center Apple Premium Partner store at SM City Iloilo is located on the third floor and operates daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is the company’s 11th Apple Premium Partner store nationwide, following nine in Luzon and NCR and one in Mindanao.
