Filipinos now have a more convenient way to apply for cash loans as Skyro, a financial technology company, partnered with DITO Telecommunity to make loans available through the DITO App.

The collaboration allows DITO subscribers to access Skyro cash loans directly within the app. Through the app’s Loan feature, users can complete an application form. Qualified borrowers may receive approval within minutes, with funds credited to their chosen bank account or e-wallet.

“Now, DITO’s subscribers can easily finance essential purchases or take steps toward achieving their life goals and dreams,” said Alexander Lelyanov, head of direct sales at Skyro.

To apply, customers must be Filipino citizens aged 18-70, own a smartphone with a Philippine mobile number, and present at least one valid government-issued ID, such as an SSS ID, passport, UMID, PhilSys, driver’s license, PRC ID, or postal ID.

“Partnering with Skyro would help us bridge underserved sectors to the digital world, unlocking new opportunity pathways, driving progress, and transforming lives,” said Jasper Evangelista, director of brand and marketing at DITO.

Skyro currently serves more than 700,000 active loan customers nationwide.
