These digital hubs can process remittance transactions, bills payment, PayMaya Add Money transactions, and mobile prepaid reloading services. In the pipeline of services is activating PayMaya QR as a mode of payment for purchases.

“Smart Padala by PayMaya centers all around the country provide crucial digital financial services to Filipinos where the traditional banking system is unable to reach them,” said Shailesh Baidwan, president of PayMaya. “We are excited to bring even more services to our customers as we continue to digitize and bring the ‘Padalapit lang’ experience that our customers have come to know over the years.”
Smart Padala flagship stores are located in Aklan, Baguio, Bicol Region, Bukidnon, Cagayan de Oro, Metro Manila, Pangasinan, and Quezon Province.
At present, there are 27,000 Smart Padala agents in the Philippines that provide not only services to customers but also an additional source of income for micro-entrepreneurs.
Smart Padala by PayMaya does not require a franchise fee for entrepreneurs who want to provide these types of digital financial services. Once complete business requirements have been submitted, the Smart Padala store can be built and operated in less than a week.
