Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines, a global digital business services provider and one of the largest IT-BPM employers in the country, hosted the Talent Forum 2025 at Shangri-La The Fort. The event, co-presented with the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), gathered over 140 representatives from academia, industry, and government to discuss ways to strengthen partnerships and enhance talent development.

“As a people company, talent development is a cornerstone of our strategy at TP,” said Rahul Jolly, CEO of TP. “Supporting innovation and curriculum transformation is a commitment that we will continue to drive as we move forward in the talent and skills development journey for our industry and our partners.”

Highlighted in the forum was the Industry-Academe Link-Up, which provided a platform for delegates to explore collaborative projects aimed at curriculum development, upskilling, and talent acquisition.

“Our role in the industry is to continue to innovate the partnerships that we have today and ensure that we continue to prepare our workforce for the needs of the future,” said Inkee Hidalgo, VP of Learning & Development at TP. “The partnership between TP, the [IT-BPM] industry, and the academe is critical and foundational in addressing the talent needs we’re facing today.”

“We recognize the gap between skills and talent, and that’s driven by our demands and needs also increasing. We need to evolve and keep investing and working together to level up partnerships so we can create more high-skill jobs for the future,” said Jeffrey Johnson, chief people officer at TP.
