Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines has launched its Innovation & Solutions Hub in SM Aura, Taguig City. The 260-square-meter facility is designed to showcase advanced technologies, including TP Microservices, a suite of cloud-based services integrating artificial intelligence (AI).
The Teleperformance hub also features immersive training spaces and collaborative zones to explore technology’s role in improving business processes.
“This hub reinforces our commitment to our people and clients,” said Rahul Jolly, CEO of Teleperformance in the Philippines. “By investing in technologies and cultivating an innovation culture, we’re better equipped to create breakthrough solutions for customers.”
The facility demonstrates TP’s blend of emotional intelligence (EI) and AI in customer service. Jolly emphasized how this approach addresses customer frustrations, reduces process friction, and enhances experiences.

The hub includes state-of-the-art features such as conference rooms, product demonstration areas, and a lounge. Transformation experts assist visitors in testing solutions firsthand.
